Strategies, techniques, tools and best practices for efficient testing of software and systems in the field of digitalization, IoT and AI

The Software-QS-Tag is the largest and leading conference in Germany for software quality and testing. Two keynotes, about 60 contributions (lectures, tutorials, workshops and research papers) in five parallel tracks, as well as an accompanying exhibition present strategies, techniques, tools and best practices for the efficient testing of software and systems in projects of different sizes and industries.

The main theme for 2019 is „Expanding Horizons“:

The advancing digitalization with rapidly developing technologies such as Cloud-Computing, Internet of Things (IoT) or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI, ML) requires improvement or new test approaches. The knowledge of the underlying new technologies and application domains is just as important as networking and agile cooperation between all those who are involved in the development process.

The conference papers discuss the challenges posed by current and new technologies or fields of application, and how participants can solve these challenges or prepare for them.

We are looking forward to field reports, tutorials, workshops and practical, new research results from software QA and testing in fields of application such as: company IT, E-Commerce, Web-Services, Mobile Services and Applications, Digital Media, Cloud-Computing, InternetofThings, Embedded Systems, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Robotics/Autonomous Systems, Safety Critical Systems (Medical Devices/Healthcare, Automotive, Rail, Aerospace ).
